My Tips: Nutrition – himalayan salt

Make the switch from table salt to himalayan salt! It’s only like $1 more at regular grocery stores. Not only does it taste just as good and is way healthier but it also is like taking a multi-vitamin, I kid you not, due to the 84 minerals and magnesium it naturally contains. Why not switch?!? (Fact: Everyone should take magnesium. Magnesium is a natural muscle-relaxant, which is great for fibro and other chronic illnesses, and also promotes sleep and regulates digestion.)
